Staub - Share the good taste

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
¾ to 1 ¼ cup sugar, depending on sweetness
of potatoes
dash salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
Method:
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, salt, and spices.
Mix thoroughly.
Add cream and stir.
Add mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Turn into pie shell and bake in 350º pre-heated oven for one hour or until firm.
