Thai Coconut Custard


 

Ingredients:
1/2 -3/4 Cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Palm Sugar or Brown Sugar
12 Large Eggs
4 Cups Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
1/8 Tbs. Salt

Method:
In a sauce pan, combine Coconut Palm Sugar, Coconut Milk, and 1/8 Tsp. Salt.

Simmer for 10 Minutes.

Then Whisk in Eggs. Pour into Custard Cups.

Place Cups in a shallow pan of Water and bake at 350 Degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until custard is slightly brown.
