Cream of Broccoli Soup 2
Ingredients: 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 c. onion, finely chopped
Method: Melt butter in large saucepan. Cook onions, garlic, and celery for about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and
enough water to barely cover the broccoli.
Cook, covered, until the broccoli is tender (15 to 20
minutes). Add cream of mushroom soup and Mrs. Dash and stir until soup is well blended. Heat but
do not boil.
