Ingredients:
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups frozen spinach
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
Mrs. Dash seasoning
Method:
Add water to spinach and let stand until spinach is heated through. Put in blender on medium speed until finely chopped.
Cook onion in butter and stir in flour. Cook until bubbly. Add milk, stir until soup is thick.
Add spinach, salt, and Mrs. Dash. Let stand about 10 minutes.
