Method: For the scone dough base, rub fat into the flour and salt. Blend together with milk. Roll lightly to a (8-inch) round and place on a greased baking tray.
Heat margarine and fry onion until soft. Spread over scone base. Top onions with tuna fish. Mix herbs and cheese together and sprinkle over the fish.
Top with tomato slices and bake in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot in wedges.
